Getting Into Your Account
We keep the High Roller Casino login process simple on purpose. Open our homepage and look to the upper right corner - that is where the login box always lives. Type in the email and password you created when you registered and you are on your way.
You can sign in 24/7 from desktop and mobile browsers. If you tick the remember me option on a device you trust, we hold your session for up to 30 days using encrypted cookies. When that period expires, you just log in again as usual.
For extra safety, you can add 2-step verification. Turn it on in your account settings, then connect either an authenticator app or your mobile number. After that, every login will ask for your password plus a short-lived code that comes to your phone or app.
Password Rules and Changes
We apply basic security standards to every account. Your password must contain upper and lower case letters, numbers and at least one special character or symbol. It needs to be at least eight characters long, but there is no fixed maximum.
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Email format | Must match registration |
| Password length | 8+ characters, case-sensitive |
| Special characters | Minimum 1 symbol |
| Two-factor code | 6 digits, time-limited |
You can change your password whenever you like through the account settings area. We will ask you to enter your current password once more before the change goes through. If you decide to update your email address, we send confirmation messages both to the old inbox and the new one to block any unauthorized switch.
In your profile you will also find a brief access history: timestamps, IP addresses and device details for recent access attempts. That log makes it easier to notice anything that does not look familiar.
When Login Fails
If the password slips your mind, use the reset link under the login form. Enter the email you registered with and we will send you a reset email that stays valid for two hours. From that email you move to a secure page where you create a new password without needing the old one.
Most login issues come from one of these:
- Wrong email or password
- Session expired and you need to log in again
- Conflicts caused by old browser cache
- Two-factor code timed out
- Account not fully verified yet
- Geographic limits based on your IP
Reset emails are not always instant, so give them a few minutes before trying again. Check your spam or junk folder and wait up to 15 minutes before you request another mail. To protect accounts, we cap reset attempts at three per hour.
If there are five failed login attempts within 10 minutes, our system sets a temporary lock on the account. That protects against brute-force tries, but it also means you need to wait 30 minutes before starting over, or you can reach us at [email protected] for help right away. Our Help Center is also available for additional guidance on common login issues.
Security Features
All High Roller Casino login pages use SSL encryption, which shields your credentials while they travel between your device and our servers. Your browser should show a secure connection icon in the address bar whenever you sign in.
Over time we have built systems that watch typical login patterns and highlight unusual ones. If access is requested from a device or location we have not seen before, we may ask for additional verification before we let that session through. You also receive an email notice whenever this extra check is triggered.
Inside account settings, you can see and manage active sessions. The panel lists which devices are currently logged in so you can manually end a session, for example if you walked away from a shared computer and forgot to log out.
| Security Layer | Function |
|---|---|
| SSL encryption | Automatic data protection |
| Device fingerprinting | Access monitoring with viewable history |
| Session tokens | Authentication state, manual logout available |
| IP logging | Location tracking with reviewable logs |
Biometric options are not mentioned for the web browser version. For now, access relies on your password and, where you choose, a second-factor code.
